Competition Details:
Each entrant will have one year from the date that they get Encore professional pictures and measurements taken.
Measurements and Before & After Pictures must be taken by Encore Personal Training staff.
A panel of expert trainers, managers, and gym professionals will judge the results.
Each season a winner has the option to be published in local and national media campaigns.
Every three months, Judges will be looking for overall body change, increases in lean muscle tissue, loss of inches on the waist, reduction in body fat, and overall aesthetic improvement in the photographs.
